<p>The independent curriculum is the latest innovation in the education system in Indonesia which is designed to provide flexibility and autonomy to schools in developing the learning process according to the needs of students. In its formulation, this curriculum is based on two main pillars, namely the philosophical pillar and the juridical pillar. The philosophical pillar reflects the holistic and humanist goals of education, while the juridical pillar provides the legal framework that governs its implementation. This article aims to examine the relationship between the two pillars and their implications in the implementation of the independent curriculum in schools. The method used is qualitative with literature study. This analysis shows that the integration of philosophical and juridical pillars is a strong basis for creating a curriculum that is responsive to the dynamics of society and the individual needs of students. The Independent Curriculum provides freedom for educators to design and implement learning that suits the needs and potential of students, while still being guided by nationally regulated competency standards. The results of this study show that the Independent Curriculum has a strong philosophical foundation in encouraging student-centered education, while adhering to a juridical framework that ensures uniformity of educational standards throughout Indonesia.</p>Saidatul Fitri Rif'adinaMaulida Fithria

<p><em>PTK is one of the research approaches that is widely used in the world of education. This article aims to examine the characteristics, objectives and benefits of PTK through a literature review. The method used is the library research method, where the author conducts a search for various library sources related to PTK. The results of the study indicate that PTK has unique characteristics, which distinguish it from other types of research, namely the existence of certain actions to improve the teaching and learning process in the classroom. PTK aims to improve the quality of learning and solve practical problems that occur in the classroom. <p>This research aims to examine the use of information technology in improving the quality of learning. The problems encountered include the low use of information technology in lesson planning, document management is still done manually, some teachers have not fully mastered the use of information technology, there are teachers who have not attended training, limited information technology infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative approach by determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that the use of information technology at Kindergarten Pertiwi III Mulo has been implemented. <p>This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education in building a golden generation with superior character. The golden generation is a generation that is able to bring about improvements in the life of the nation to become a dignified, harmonious, and quality nation and a generation that has a greater productive age. This study uses a qualitative method using literature study analysis, which analyzes various literature and relevant sources regarding the role of Islamic Religious Education in building a golden generation with superior character. <p>This research aims to analyze the role of the school principal’s visionary leadership in improving teacher performance at Pertiwi 12 Gading Kindergarten. The method in this research is a qualitative approach to descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation involving school principals and teacher. The research results show that the principal applies an effective visionary leadership style as a direction setter, change agent, spokesperson, and coach. The application of this visionary leadership has a positive impact on teacher performance through professional abilities, social abilities and personal abilities. Then, there are supporting factors that play a role in the success of visionary leadership, such as good communication with stakeholders, teachers’ desire to develop the school, parental support, professional development training, and adequate infrastructure. <p>Leadership can be interpreted as a process of processing, empowerment and supervision that a leader applies to the person he leads. This research aims to determine the Transformational Leadership Style Of School Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Pertiwi V Karangmojo Kindergarten. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using direct observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. The results of research on Analysis of the Transformational Leadership Style of School Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at the Pertiwi V Karangmojo Kindergarten are good. Transformational leadership indicators are manifested in six components, namely; reformer, sets an example, encourages subordinate performance, acts on a value system, continuously improves abilities and is able to face complex problems. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, which includes analysis of various literature, articles, and previous studies related to Islamic bank marketing. <p>The entry and development of Islam in Indonesia has brought changes in many aspects of people's lives from the past to the present. Modernization and globalization eliminate the diversity of regional cultures while dominating regional cultures through global capitalism in the form of Westernization through the export of goods, values, and priorities. This research aims to examine Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. This research uses a qualitative approach method using literature study analysis, namely analyzing various relevant literature and sources regarding Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. The results show that Social and humanitarian engagement of liberal Islam encourages the active involvement of Muslims in social news, such as poverty, human rights, and the environment. Organizations such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama are involved in a wide range of social activities that reflect the values of social justice taught in Islam. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep AlQur’an dan Hadis pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri Raya. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi keagamaan, khususnya Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, yang disebabkan oleh dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Model PBL dipilih karena dinilai mampu merangsang pemikiran kritis, pemecahan masalah, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman konsep serta observasi terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBL mengalami peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL efektif dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan memperdalam pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman yang terkandung dalam AlQur’an dan Hadis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar model PBL diterapkan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di tingkat SMP.</p>Nurmina PohanSuharwinMuhammad Syahrin
