Article Processing Charges (APC)

Tarbiyah: Journal of Education and Teaching is a fully open access scholarly journal committed to transparency, publication ethics, and unrestricted access to academic knowledge. All published articles are freely accessible to readers without subscription or download fees.

The journal does not charge any submission fee and does not apply any fees during the peer review process. Charges are applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

APC Amount

Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 200,000 per accepted article

This APC information should be read in conjunction with the journal’s Open Access Policy and Peer Review Process.

Payment Timing and Procedure

APC payment is required only after authors receive an official acceptance notification from the Journal Editor, via official email and/or the OJS user account.

Detailed payment instructions, including payment destination and procedure, will be communicated formally by the Editor. Authors are not required to make any payment prior to acceptance.

Use of APC Funds

APC funds are used transparently to support the sustainability of journal publishing, including:

  • Operation and maintenance of the OJS-based journal system
  • Editorial management and peer review coordination
  • Manuscript copyediting
  • Article layout and publication
  • Long-term archiving and content preservation

Refund Policy

APC payments are non-refundable once the article has entered the production stage, including copyediting and layout processing.

Ethical Statement on APC

Editorial decisions regarding acceptance or rejection are based solely on the scientific quality of the manuscript, reviewers’ evaluations, and editorial policies, and are not influenced by authors’ ability to pay APCs.

The journal does not offer paid fast-track or expedited publication services and applies equal editorial treatment to all submissions.
