Author Guidlines

1. Article Types

Tarbiyah: Journal of Education and Teaching accepts original research articles, review articles, and short communications in the field of education and teaching.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian.
  • Length: minimum 6 pages, maximum 12 pages.
  • Use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero, following APA Style, bodynote.
  • Manuscripts should follow the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion). Authors are encouraged to use the journal template as a guide for layout, but it is not mandatory.

3. File Submission

Submitted manuscripts should include:

  1. Front Matter: Title, author list, affiliations, acknowledgments, author contributions, and conflict of interest statements.
  2. Anonymous Manuscript: Title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results & discussion, conclusion, and references.

4. Title and Abstract

  • Title: maximum 10 words.
  • Abstract: maximum 250 words, stating research objective, design & methods, main results, and conclusion. No citations in abstract.
  • Keywords: 3–8 words, in the same language as the abstract.

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures: minimum 300 dpi, placed in-text with caption above and source below.
  • Tables: horizontal borders in header and last row, caption above, footnotes below if necessary.

6. References

Use reference management software (Mendeley or Zotero) with APA Style, bodynote. Ensure references are accurate and non-duplicated.

7. Ethics and Plagiarism

By submitting a manuscript, authors declare they have read and agree to the journal's Open Access Policy, Peer Review Process, Publication Ethics, and Plagiarism Screening.

8. Submission Fees

This journal does not charge a submission fee or any fees during the review process. Article Processing Charges (APC) apply only after the article is accepted.
