Reviewer Criteria and Recruitment
Reviewers are recruited through an open online form (GForm), with academic qualifications and experience in education. Each manuscript is reviewed by a minimum of two independent reviewers.
Timeline and Communication
The target review time is approximately 7–14 days, depending on manuscript complexity. Editors communicate with reviewers and authors via official email or legitimate instant messaging to ensure a smooth review process.
Security and Integrity
All manuscripts are checked with Turnitin for plagiarism detection, but results are used internally by the editorial team only and are not made public.
Reviewer Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest, whether academic, financial, or personal, and must recuse themselves from reviewing affected manuscripts. Editors ensure that the review process remains fair and unbiased.
