Submission Template
This journal provides a manuscript template to assist authors in preparing their academic articles. The template is designed to keep the focus on the substance of the writing, rather than on formatting and appearance. DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE
About This Template
The manuscript template is structured in Microsoft Word format (.docx) and covers all sections required in an academic article. Each section includes a brief guideline describing the expected content, so authors can get started immediately without referring to a separate submission guide.
There are no specific formatting requirements to follow — no rules regarding font type, text size, line spacing, or margins. The editorial team will handle all formatting adjustments during the production stage. Authors are simply asked to focus on the quality and completeness of their manuscript content.
Template Contents
The template consists of two main parts:
- Author Information — includes full name, institutional affiliation, email address, WhatsApp number for editorial correspondence, and ORCID (optional). This section is completed for each author, with the corresponding author listed first.
- Manuscript Body — includes the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, research method, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements, and references. Each section includes a brief note on the expected content.
How to Use the Template
- Download the template file using the link available on this page.
- Open the file in Microsoft Word or any compatible word processing application.
- Fill in each section according to the guidelines provided within the template.
- Remove all guideline text (grey or red italicised text) before submitting your manuscript.
- Save the file and upload it through the manuscript submission system (OJS) on the Submit Article page.
Acknowledgements and Funding
If the research received financial support from any institution or funding body, authors are required to include this information in the Acknowledgements section of the manuscript. Please state the name of the funding institution and the grant number, if applicable. Any potential conflict of interest related to the research should also be declared in the same section.
